Gaurav Sharma
Co-Founder & Chief Program Architect
Gaurav Sharma is a BITS Pilani alumnus with an illustrious career spanning over two decades in the global IT industry, having worked with technology leaders such as IBM, HSBC, and Netcracker. His foundation in engineering and large-scale systems architecture shaped his deep appreciation for structured thinking, data systems, and precision-driven execution.
However, his intellectual curiosity extended far beyond software. After stepping away from corporate leadership, Gaurav pursued a post-graduate specialization in Finance, formally deepening his understanding of markets, risk dynamics, derivatives, and quantitative frameworks.
With over 15 years of active market experience, Gaurav evolved from discretionary trading into building robust algorithmic and quantitative trading systems. He is the architect behind Opulent Duende’s proprietary Quant & Algo Indicator Suite, a structured ecosystem that integrates data analytics, market microstructure insights, volatility dynamics, and systematic execution frameworks. His work bridges technology and market behavior—translating complex quantitative concepts into practical, deployable systems.
In late 2023, Gaurav made a decisive transition—leaving his corporate career to dedicate himself fully to Opulent Duende. His mission is not merely to trade, but to educate and elevate. Through disciplined quant research, algorithmic frameworks, and structured learning models, he aims to empower serious learners to approach markets with clarity, systems thinking, and risk intelligence.
Beyond finance, Gaurav advocates holistic development—believing that sustainable wealth creation is rooted in mental clarity, disciplined execution, and inner balance. His vision is to build a legacy of independent thinkers who combine technology, quantitative insight, and self-mastery to create meaningful financial freedom.
Shweta Jha

Shweta Jha brings over two decades of rich experience in education, training, and people development. An alumna of the Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI), she pursued a professional program in Soft Skills Training and is also certified by NABET (National Accreditation Board for Education and Training)—a recognition that reflects rigorous standards in training excellence.
Her career has been defined by one core strength: transforming individuals through structured learning and powerful communication. With extensive experience conducting workshops, professional development programs, and mindset training initiatives, Shweta has worked with diverse groups—students, professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs—helping them refine clarity, confidence, and execution.
At Opulent Duende, Shweta anchors the human dimension of the ecosystem. While the platform integrates quant research, algorithmic systems, and structured frameworks, she ensures that learning remains accessible, disciplined, and transformational.
