Gaurav brings two decades of information technology experience, including work with IBM, HSBC and Netcracker. A BITS Pilani alumnus, he pursued postgraduate studies in finance to bring technology and finance closer together.
In 2024, he left corporate life to build Opulent Duende. His relationship with money also includes a long history of gambling addiction and profound financial loss. OD grows from those experiences — not from a claim of success, but from a determination to understand money better, build better systems and pursue financial independence and a wholesome life deliberately.

Shweta brings a strong business orientation to OD, with experience across e-commerce, people management and human mindset. She combines commercial thinking with an instinct for people, communication and the practical realities of building a business.
