1. Introduction
These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“User/Member”) and Opulent Duende LLP (“LLP”), covering your use of Q Portal, Q Gurukul, and Q Connect. By using our services, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable Indian laws.

2. Nature of Services
Q Portal is a free platform offering educational content and trading concepts.

​

Q Gurukul is a paid program offering structured, hands-on training including guided bot-building for learning.

​

Q Connect is a subscription-based technical service available only to approved Q Portal members. It automates strategies learned via Q Portal using user input. All offerings are educational or technical—none involve financial advisory.

3. No Financial Advisory
Opulent Duende LLP is not a SEBI-registered advisor. We do not offer:
• Investment tips
• Stock or portfolio advice
• Brokerage or financial services
Our role is educational and technical only.

4. Ownership & Licensing
All content and automation logic in Q Portal, Q Gurukul, and Q Connect belong to the LLP. Materials are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized automation is strictly prohibited.

 

5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
• Applying what you learn
• Managing your credentials and usage
• Following Indian trading laws
We take no liability for trades or automation results.

 

6. Fees and Access
Q Portal is free. Q Gurukul and Q Connect are paid services. Fees cover educational or technical access, not outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
• Trading losses or missed profits
• Technical errors or misuse
• Outcomes from user interpretation or external platforms
All trading and automation risks lie solely with you.

 

8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Opulent Duende LLP for any claims or losses from misuse of our content or services.

 

9. Termination
We may terminate access for misuse, breach, or misrepresentation.

 

10. Modifications
Terms may change without prior notice. Continued use means acceptance of updates.

11. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under Hyderabad court jurisdiction.
