1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the educational services and proprietary tools offered by Opulent Duende LLP (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging with our services—including the Q Gurukul Program and the licensed Q Connect Tool—you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable laws of India.

 

2. Nature of Services

Opulent Duende LLP is a forward-thinking educational entity committed to empowering individuals with advanced knowledge in quantitative trading theory and tool-based analysis. Our offerings include:

• The Q Gurukul Program — a new-age learning experience in quant logic, option structures, and market sentiment interpretation

• Access to our proprietary indicator suite via the Q Connect Tool, including visual engines like QSI (Queen Sentiment Indicator) and QEX (Quant Exposure Index)

• Interactive, self-paced, and instructor-led sessions for structured quant learning

While students and alumni may license Q Connect for personal and independent trading decisions, we do not operate any execution, signal-based, or managed trading service. The use of our tools in live trading scenarios is solely at the user's discretion and is not guided, supervised, or executed by us.

 

3. No Financial Services or SEBI Registration

We are a technology and education company. Opulent Duende LLP is not registered with SEBI or any other financial regulator, as we do not perform any regulated financial activity.

We explicitly declare:

• ❌ We do not provide investment advice, trade tips, or recommendations

• ❌ We do not manage portfolios or execute trades on behalf of clients

• ❌ We do not sell strategies or promise returns

• ✅ We offer only educational programs and indicator-based tools for personal research and analysis

Any application of our indicators in real-world trading is self-driven and outside the scope of our offerings.

 

4. Educational Access and Licensing

Our indicators, tools, and frameworks are provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable educational license to users enrolled in or graduated from the Q Gurukul Program. Specifically:

• The Q Connect Tool is a research and learning interface intended to support your understanding of market structure and sentiment

• It may be optionally used by alumni to inform personal trading decisions, but this usage is not part of any managed or advised offering

• No signals, trades, or market decisions are triggered by us under any circumstance

Users are expected to engage with our tools responsibly, understanding their educational intent and boundaries.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All tools, indicators, learning materials, and proprietary software are the exclusive intellectual property of Opulent Duende LLP. You may not:

• Replicate, distribute, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of our systems

• Use Q Connect or its visual outputs for commercial resale or public distribution

• Represent our content as financial advice or accredited research

Your access is limited to personal use for learning, exploration, and optional private deployment at your own discretion.

 

6. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree and acknowledge:

• You are responsible for any decisions made using our tools

• You will not misuse, misrepresent, or falsely affiliate our indicators with any financial service

• You will use Q Connect strictly within the licensed terms and educational scope

• If you choose to apply learnings in real-market environments, you do so independently and at your own risk

We make no performance claims or financial projections of any kind.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Opulent Duende LLP disclaims liability for:

• Any financial losses resulting from user actions or interpretations

• Technical issues, interruptions, or updates that impact access to our tools

• Misunderstanding of our concepts or visualizations

• Any outcome of trading decisions made independently using Q Connect or related materials

Our role ends at education and tool access—we are not involved in the execution chain.

 

8. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Opulent Duende LLP, its directors, team, and affiliates from any claims, losses, legal disputes, or consequences arising from:

• Your use of our tools beyond their intended scope

• Misrepresentation of our role in your trading activity

• Any third-party dispute triggered by your actions based on our content

 

9. Termination

We may revoke access to Q Connect or suspend your license in the following scenarios:

• Breach of these Terms

• Unauthorized use or resale of our tools

• Misrepresentation of our company’s offerings or brand

• Any usage that suggests we are offering financial services or live trading capabilities

 

10. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of any updates.

11. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
