1. General Overview

Opulent Duende LLP offers digital education and automation services through the following platforms:

  • Q Portal – Free foundational content

  • Q Gurukul – Structured, prompt-based advanced education program for building trading bots

  • Q Connect – Subscription-based automation service for approved Q Portal members

This Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding refund eligibility and limitations.

 

2. Q Gurukul – 48-Hour Refund Window

 

2.1 Nature of Service

Q Gurukul is a one-time purchase educational program where users are guided step-by-step to build a fully functional options buying bot using ChatGPT prompts.

Key Highlights:

  • No coding knowledge required

  • Prompt-driven guided learning

  • Complete production-ready Python code included

2.2 Refund Eligibility

✅ Full Refund Available Within 48 Hours of program access being granted (i.e., when the user first unlocks content). After this period, no refund requests will be entertained.

🚫 No Refund Beyond 48 Hours, regardless of course progress or module completion.

❗ IMPORTANT: To qualify, users must cancel their participation within 48 hours. Simply sending an email does not constitute cancellation.

The code section of the program remains locked for a few weeks. Therefore, eligible users requesting refunds within 48 hours do not gain access to the downloadable bot code.

By enrolling in Q Gurukul, users agree to these refund conditions and acknowledge the staged content structure.

 

3. Q Connect – Strictly No Refund

Q Connect is a private, subscription-based automation platform available only to approved Q Portal members.
Once access is granted, no refunds (full or partial) will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of usage, configuration, or duration.
By subscribing, users acknowledge and accept this non-refundable access model.

4. Q Portal – Free Educational Access

Q Portal is a free platform. Since no payment is required, refund terms do not apply.

 

5. General Provisions

  • Refunds, where applicable, are a goodwill gesture and not an obligation.

  • Opulent Duende LLP reserves sole discretion over refund requests.

  • This policy is binding upon accessing any of our platforms.
